Servers closed less than a month ago despite the game being out only a year, and now this is a re-launch. There were already existing servers with lvl 100 and above players and maxed out guilds. I did start on a new "global" server. This version actually feels worse as it doesn't ease you into content, but instead tosses several events at you at once that you can't even do, too many characters and no idea who is good. There is also some content with missing dialog, or it is not in English.

FIX CUSTOMER SERVCE MENUS!! I thought I would enjoy regrinding all my progress I had but I really don't. I would like to get my progress from my old account back but the customer service menu is all in a foreign language that I can't understand making it effectively useless :(

This game is great but my progress has been reset to the beginning even though I bind my account. It's disappointing bit still a great game.
