I have never been more frustrated with an app, nor has an app ever brought me so close to tears. I only joined this network less than a month ago, I'm updating everything to my new Lebara number and when I try and use the app and log in, all I get is "network request failed". Then when it does work I get "incorrect password". Reset password "network request failed". Reset my password and try and log in "incorrect password". Makes me regret leaving giffgaff.

- App keeps stopping and reloading - Can't get the chat to work - click the button and nothing happens. - I keep getting a pop up asking me to add a nickname to each of my numbers, when I do I just get a message saying "Oops. An error occurred, please retry". - I tried to delink an old number and get an error message "too many attempts, try later" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app - makes no difference. I don't have issues with any other apps so don't think the problem is with my phone.

The worst app in the history of the world. I keep getting emails saying they can't take a payment and to go into Settings to fix this. THERE IS NO SETTINGS IN EITHER APP NOR WEB VERSION. To make matters worse I keep having to change my password when it doesn't remember my latest change. I have managed to find where my methods of payments are saved and I've ensured all is ok with my debit card. Still I get told to go to Settings. Why don't they care about his awful this is?
