While the gameplay is solid and enjoyable, I can not in good faith rate this higher than 2 stars because of the way the unlock system for drones and fighters work. Even when collecting all the pieces for one of the A rank unlockables, it is STILL restricted behind a $15 paywall. It makes collecting the fragments redundant since you have to pay real money for them anyway. The gameplay is good, the pay walls are horrible.

The game offers classic arcade action with a modern touch: quick, addictive gameplay and a nostalgic feel are a blast. While the visuals are great, the monetization system with its in-app purchases is frustrating, preventing the game from truly reaching its potential. It is a fun but okay for short experience.

Half-Decent game, except that you'll have to spend just as much time watching unskippable Ads as you spend playing a level. If you want some loot boxes and necessary improvements then you'll watch at least three times more ads than you spend playing. Would not recommend.
