Started out as a good game, but as time went on they seem to have ditched what made it good (storylines, unique quests and events, ability to reasonably earn what you want or need by working, several various troop types...), and turned it not just into a P2W, but practically into P2P, as more and more stuff essential to being competitive is behind paywalls - and EXPENSIVE paywalls at that. So unless you have quite literally THOUSANDS of dollars to spend, I wouldn't waste your time on this game.

I'm going to give the game a 4* review as there are some things I am enjoying like the campaign missions and dialog the main pc has. only downside is see so far is the heavy push for in game purchases. also I kind of wish they could make these games with an option to sit out the pvp. I would like combat free zone that is only PVE and doesn't allow attacking other players unless you set up a simulated keep that can be attacked just no resources taken for doing so. other than that so far fun game.

5 stars for the morale system that penalizes higher level players farming lower levels. I wish more games had that. Leveling is a grind but there's plenty of events to keep you interested. It encourages teamwork and communication, which brings the community together.
