Frequent cancellations and poor customer service. This completely invalidates the point of the service. My apartment started using Fetch and it's only complicated my package delivery experience. Amazon would simply deliver packages to my door, but with Fetch, there's at least an extra day before I get my goods. And that's IF my delivery doesn't get cancelled for no reason MULTIPLE times. When I try to get in touch with customer service, I get no real answers.
