절대 여기서 예매하지마세요 완전 사기예요 구간여정만 변경했는데 환불해준다고 기다리라고하고 나중엔 안해줍니다.그리고 변경도 전체결제해서 당연히 변경된것만빼더라고 나머지일정은 그데로 였어서 나머지 환불해주겠지 했는데 전체결제하게하고 이전거 아예 취소안해줘요 AI로 같은말만반복하고 답답하기만하고 여기서 예매할생각이시면 그냥 돈날리느니 저가항공안타고 비싼거타시는게 나아요

진짜 왜 별점이 1점인지 이해했습니다. 문제 없을 거라고 생각하면서 쓰지 마세요. 예약 확정도 되기 전에 고객 이름 철자에 오류가 생겨서 바로 변경을 요청했으니, 한달 반이 지나도록 반영되고 있지 않습니다. 심지어 항공구간이 5개였는데 제가 결국 하나하나 항공사마다 수정요청을 해서 겨우 진행되었고, 항공사 하나는 직접 변경이 불가능해서 대행사끼고 부탁하면 바로 바꿔준다 했음에도 이걸 안해줘서 비행기 타는 날짜만 다가오고 있네요. 일처리 이렇게 하는 거 처음봤습니다... 지금도 해결안됨. 이 간단한 문제가...

나는 한국의 인플루언서이다. 절대로 이용해서는 안되는 항공권 판매 사이트다. 절대로 구매하지 말아라. 나는 이 사건들을 언론에 알려서 한국인들이 절대 구매하지 못하게 내 영향력을 펼칠 것이다. 급하게 항공권을 8월11일에 구매했고, 이메일로 구매 확정 메일을 받았는데, 내가 구매한 카드가 아닌 다른 카드번호가 적힌 카드로 결제되었다고 연락을 받았다. 이런 이유로 10분만에 환불 신청을 했는데, 오만 항공에서 환불을 거절했다고 회신을 받았다. 그러나 실제로 오만 항공에 문의하니 아직 그 티켓은 유효하고 환불되지도 않았다. 다른 항공사인 vietjet air 티켓 역시 아직 유효하지만, 키위닷컴은 나에게 환불이 안된다고 할 것 같다. 전화로 계속 문의했지만 제대로 응답해주지 않는다. 돈은 다 받고 어떤 조치도 하지 않는다. 나는 한국의 인플루언서다. 무슨 일이 있어도 언론에 알려 키위닷컴이 영업을 못하게 할 것이다.
