Worst delivery experience ever have. No one is liable if the item is stole. Then, I set up the signiture requirement. The first day, it arrive four hour late, the carrier only knock the door once and left. Saying I am not home. It happen the next day when they try to deliver again. The I open the door waited for their second attempt. The app said they make the second attempt later, but in fact no one ever came at that time.

If you choosed to buy their anti-convience service for your own preference, nothing to blame. If you are forced to use Fetch by your apartment building like me, good luck because I lost my $300 value package within 15 days since my apt switched to Fetch. It was out of their warehouse on the way to me and then never updated anymore. A guy who added one more step in between customer and online shopping to-your-door retailers, really believes this was a brilliant idea.
