特别难用，定的票在APP里不显示，也没有渠道通过预定号搜索行程，发送的邮件只叫我在APP里操作，连给的机票信息都不全，在机场自助值机完全查不到有买票

这是踏马的诈骗航空公司，我第一次用这个软件，显示的是可以免费取消机票，第一次买转机3次，想着换一个转机2次的。我就取消了。就预定了一张另外转机2次的机票。然后显示10天以内可以退款，现在过去了12天。航空公司说，不负任何责任，没有退款，取消就是不退款的。我真的服气了，白白损失了1000美金！操！

在订单确认前提交取消和退款网页又卡又慢。直到自动确认后不能退改损失一大笔钱。只知道扣钱赚钱。
