There is no point of using this app when the stores are using a different POS system for everything including promo and rewards, which does not sync with this app at all. This app is a waste of time.

Ordered 3 drinks thru the app today, obviously in order to grt the FFXIV keychain, when I go to pick it up, there is a line outside, I am then told that online drinks is not allowed to get it, which is confusing, this is their 2nd batch of keychains, the first time app orders were allowed. Their reason was to "make it fair", making a rule of app orders not being allowed to participate is not being fair, being fair is that if they ran out before I picked it up. Definitely, the app is a scam.
