I have been playing the game for 3 days and really enjoy it. However, today I encountered an issue. I spent about 20 minutes completing “Agony Floor 2,” during which I farmed a lot of items and gold. After finishing, a loading screen appeared, and the game failed to load. When I restarted the game, all of my 20 minutes of progress was lost. Edit : Happened second time ...

The game crashes in the middle of runs quite often. There is no way to save a run and there needs to be a continue run button for when this happens. I'm not running on an old phone. and as some people have said it lags really bad, especially in Agony. Overall when it's working, it's a really fun game but nothing frustrates me more when I am close to finishing a run and the game freezes.

I am editing my review from 5-1 star. I love this game, but in the new free version, there is a major bug. When trying to unlock the exterminator, you have to have 200,000 damage in one run. I have hit that many times, and still, the exterminator has not unlocked. When reaching out to customer support, it is impossible to reach anyone. Do better. Hopefully, you're a decent company that sees this at least and fixes it. Update: This company does not respond. Still not fixed.
