I log in for the first time and get inundated with a plethora of claim this and that, what no claim all?? Also figured out there isn't a way to not watch ads to get certain things. Most games have something you can purchase to bypass this, the game doesn't have this option. I will not buy anything until this is an option. Not happy!

the devs are stupidly lazy on running this game. On the recent update, they just slap +100% damage reduction on guild boss and battle royale. so now, we do way less damage, getting way less rewards and years of grinding is now useless. this updateis the biggest "frick you" to the playerbase so far.

over 3 years of playing and spending over 2300$ on two accounts I'm really sorry how this game has no room for middle ground or new players. my heroes are enlightened and can't even take on new heroes who are over powered. the new gfx are horrible and have only been about 20% complete the new user interface is clumsy and i spent money on an event only to have the game disconnected which it does about 3 times a day now. i contacted support i was told i needed proof
