An amazing app. fast and easy to access. it has made business transactions easy, but it would be even better if each transaction can have a description, like indicating if you are paying to a Marchant or others. Again, I wish it can be possible to transfer money from Wave Cote D'Ivoire to a Nigerian account. it would be awesome

it's really a nice app that's makes transaction process really easy, but you can try to adjust by having a recycle bin of deleted transactions cuz people sometimes access others wave, make transactions and then delete it and the owner won't know to whom it's sent or what happened, and also work on ways in which a person can make deposit without necessarily taking the phone or card. and your agents most don't always seem to have withdrawal of D50 I don't know why

The App is great. With it's quick money transfer system and uninterruptible return of money sent to the wrong destination makes me to take it as my number one. My misgiving is that the quota is too small. An agent would ask for an ID and when you produce it won't be accepted because of expiry. There is no provision for someone who has has paid for it but hasn't been supplied. please WAVE, this is causing embarrassment.
