I strongly recommend not using this service! Day before yesterday I made a reservation for a ride to the airport at 4:30AM next day. The app indicated I had a driver and I even called him and verified. Well, at about 10:30 that night he cancelled on me, so when I got up for my trip I had no ride to the airport. I did not receive any notice, but eventually found under one icon that the driver cancelled. No answers from customer support phone or email. Horrible!

I used the app for the first time today. It was easy to navigate and book a ride for a time later in the day. I received push messages for saying my ride was confirmed, when my driver was on the way, and when they had arrived.

Great concept and I'm pulling for it: an app that pays the drivers 70%. but I've got two suggestions they need to fix. Number one: my driver was reported to be an hour out as soon as they found him. It wasn't true and it almost scared me off so yikes don't make that mistake! number two the price for me was higher than Lyft & Uber so that's bad they should match prices, right? Best luck.
